Norway – Alarm-monitoring services – Framework agreement for electronic security.

The objective of this agreement is to ensure the performance and function requirements connected to the electronic security of objects connected to the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV/Contracting Authority). VAV has several industrial plants connected to water production, water distribution and sewage management, as well as administration premises that are secured or shall be secured. The installations vary greatly in size and consist of a few large industrial rock installations for water treatment and sewage treatment, elevated basins for storing water, and several smaller pumping stations for water and sewage.
