Spain – Lithotripter – Suministro e instalación de un equipo de litotricia, respetuoso con el medio ambiente y la modernización digital, para el servicio de urología del Hospital General Universitario de Elche.

The subject of this contract is the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A LITHOTRIPSY EQUIPMENT, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND DIGITAL MODERNIZATION, FOR THE UROLOGY SERVICE OF THE HOSPITAL GENERAL UNIVERSITARIO DE ELCHE. The following aspects are included within the scope of this contract: 2.1 The provision of a lithotripsy equipment whose characteristics are established throughout this PPT. It includes its total installation, calibration and adjustments for commissioning. 2.2 The integral maintenance of the equipment and associated peripherals for exclusive use with the aforementioned equipment, to guarantee its maximum availability of use, during the entire warranty period. This service will include preventive, corrective, predictive and technical-legal maintenance. 2.3 In their offer, the bidder must necessarily include the Maintenance Plans proposed for the equipment or equipment subject to this PPT. The work programs must contemplate at least the frequency and type of operations and the procedures that are included in each of the maintenance plans and all the maintenance operations that are explained in this section. 2.4 The contractor will provide a logbook with the actions carried out during each of their visits. 2.5 All maintenance actions must be carried out with the knowledge and prior authorization of the Urology Service of the Hospital General Universitario de Elche. 2.6 Carrying out backups, maintenance of the configuration of the equipment/modalities as well as the tests and functionalities required by the Hospital General Universitario de Elche in terms of modification/update and configuration of the same, such as: loading of new catalogs of corporate services of the Conselleria de Sanitat, configurations and tests of new connections to central servers of Conselleria de Sanitat or own of the Hospital, (including changes when they occur), configuration and changes of IP's and network data as compliance with the network model approved by the Conselleria de Sanitat at each time. 2.7 Installation of all software updates developed during the entire life of the equipment. 2.8 The complete integration of the equipment provided must comply with the connectivity and image examination processing requirements set out in this PPT, as well as those of the current legislation. 2.9 Within the subject matter is included the necessary adaptation of the room. All costs of the works necessary for the room to be according to the needs of the Service and with the distribution made by the bidder will be borne by the contractor. All this will be assumed, in its entirety, by the contractor. Therefore, it is a single lot. Within the subject matter of this tender is included the necessary adaptation of the room and the issuance of a report certifying that the slabs support the weight and movement of the equipment to be installed. The preparation of the project will correspond to the adjudicating company, since it is responsible for analyzing the current state and defining the reform needs, thus guaranteeing that the proposed solutions are adjusted to the real requirements of the supply (lithotriptor).
