This tender aims to select the contractor for the design and supervision of the construction of a pedestrian bridge intended to connect the Citadelle d'Ajaccio to the existing urban fabric, enhance pedestrian continuity, open it up to the City and highlight the urban and landscape spaces of the site. The project involves defining a piece of infrastructure exclusively for pedestrians, incorporating the necessary arrangements for its integration into the existing public spaces, both in terms of access and treatment of the surroundings. The present tender comprises 2 lots. Firm lot: Construction of a pedestrian bridge in the extension of Rue Bonaparte. Conditional lot: Redevelopment of the moat area in conjunction with the bridge to enhance this heritage and ensure qualitative continuity of routes.
