The subject of the contract is an RTG apparatus with equipment included in the investment programme entitled "Strengthening the potential of the University Hospital in Krakow in the field of diagnostics and treatment of neoplastic diseases" co-financed from the Strategic Infrastructure Sub-Fund of the Medical Fund – delivery of equipment along with installation, commissioning and staff training. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ along with the annexes. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result from responses to contractors' queries.
