The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation for the task "Development of design and cost documentation along with the provision of author supervision for the construction of a building for the District Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce at ul. Kazimierzowska". The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the OPIW entitled "Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract", hereinafter referred to as the "SOPZ". The requirements indicated in Annex 1 to the OPiW should be treated as the subject of the contract and the description of the needs of the Contracting Authority and the indication of the features of the services constituting the subject of the contract, as well as the minimum requirements regarding the description of the subject of the contract or the implementation of the contract, which are not subject to negotiation and must be met by all offers.
