Framework agreement with private design services contract

The awarding authority will conclude a framework agreement with private design services contractors for the design and construction of buildings and civil engineering works, including the following:

The framework agreement will be divided into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Design and construction of buildings

Lot 2: Design and construction of civil engineering works

The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years, in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of Directive 2014/24/EU.

The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 10 000 000, excluding VAT.

The awarding authority will use the framework agreement to place orders for the design and construction of buildings and civil engineering works, in accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of Directive 2014/24/EU.

The awarding authority will publish a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), in accordance with the provisions of Article 51 of Directive 2014/24/EU.

The awarding authority will evaluate the tenders received in accordance with the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) criterion, in accordance with the provisions of Article 67 of Directive 2014/24/EU.

The awarding authority will award the framework agreement to the tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous tender, in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Directive 2014/24/EU.

The awarding authority will publish the award decision in the OJEU, in accordance with the provisions of Article 84 of Directive 2014/24/EU.
