The services are divided into 2 lots which will be the subject of separate contracts: - Lot 1: Administrative premises surveillance system awarded to a single contractor and partly composed of a lump-sum contract and partly of a framework agreement setting out all contractual terms (executed by means of purchase orders) and at unit prices. - Lot 2: Exceptional security services for the educational and training establishments of the Region awarded to a single contractor by means of a framework agreement setting out all contractual terms (executed by means of purchase orders) and at unit prices. The precise definition of the need is set out in the CCTP of each lot. No division into sections is planned. The consultation is launched in the form of a negotiated procedure in accordance with article L2123-1 2° of the public procurement code.
