Germany – General personnel services for the government – JobSpeedDating 2026-2

The Jobcenter Rhein-Erft plans to implement a measure to support the vocational integration of unemployed individuals, individuals at risk of unemployment, and employable beneficiaries. The subject of the combined measure, pursuant to Section 16(1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45(1) sentence 1 SGB III, is the combination of elements for:

• bringing participants closer to the training and job market (Section 16(1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45(1) sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III),

• placement in compulsory insured employment (Section 16(1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45(1) sentence 1 no. 3 SGB III), and

• stabilising the uptake of employment (Section 16(1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45(1) sentence 1 no. 5 SGB III).

Integration is to be achieved initially through an individual interview (Module 1), intensive and individual job application training (Module 2), and then as part of a high-profile one-day public event (Module 3). Modules 1 and 2 are to take place at two locations (Bergheim or Kerpen and Frechen, Hürth or Brühl) with up to 225 participants each (total 450) and Module 3 with at least 300 participants in total. Furthermore, initiation coaching (Module 4) is to be carried out by participants.
