Finland – Building-cleaning services – Siivouspalvelut

We invite tenders from Tampereen Infra Oy for cleaning services for its premises in accordance with the tender documents. The procurement has not been divided into sub-lots, as the aim is to find one contract partner to provide all the necessary cleaning services, thus minimising the contracting authority's administrative contract management work for this contract. Neither sub-tenders nor alternative tenders are allowed. This is a service procurement exceeding the EU threshold, with an estimated value of approximately 600 000 euros including possible options. The cleaning targets are the fixed premises of Tampereen Infra Oy, movable site cabins and hourly cleaning of changing rooms at swimming beaches. The premises consist mainly of break, social and office spaces and serve all the staff of Tampereen Infra Oy. The site cabins are portable rest vehicles of approximately 10–20 m2 in size, located at Tampereen Infra Oy's sites around Tampere. The cleaning service for changing rooms at swimming beaches is hourly cleaning, which mainly focuses on summer weekends. Before the competitive dialogue, a market dialogue notice was published in the Hilma service on 22.9.2026. During the market dialogue 22.9.2026-2.10.2026, interested potential tenderers had the opportunity to comment on the draft tender documents.
