degewo AG, with 82,000 owner- and third-party-managed apartments, is one of the largest municipal housing companies in Germany, headquartered in Berlin. The property portfolio is located in all districts of Berlin and is steadily growing as a result of investment measures. The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a construction all risks insurance for all construction measures of the contracting authority and affiliated companies to insure all construction projects of the contracting authority with a construction start from 2027 (annual investment sum contract) incl. assembly work of PV systems as well as pure civil engineering measures in the field of fibre optic networks as well as heat, gas and power lines. As a result of the procurement procedure, an insurance consortium can be formed according to the procurement documents made the subject of this procedure. For a leading bid, a subscription quota of at least 25% is required, for a participation bid a subscription quota of at least 15%. Therefore, the tenderers declare with the submission of the bid the general willingness to cooperate with the members of the insurance consortium selected by the contracting authority.
