Belgium – Installation of cable laying – Accord-cadre pour la fourniture, les travaux et la maintenance d’un câblage structuré et des services d’installation pour l’infrastructure informatique dans les bâtiments de la SNCB (marché en 2 lots)

Framework agreement for 4 years for the supply, works and maintenance of structured cabling and installation services for the IT infrastructure in SNCB buildings. This is a framework agreement divided into 2 lots. The subject of this public contract includes installation works for B-CS (TVM "ticket vending machines" and ticket offices), B-ST (various station projects of B-ST.1 and B-ST.2), B-TC (installation projects), as well as installations for Ypto. The applications of the contract include, among others: • TVM (installation of new machines, movements, removals), including the deployment of new TVMs in 2026-2027 • data cabling and fibre optic cabling for all SNCB buildings • housing infrastructure (data racks, cable management cabinets) for all SNCB buildings • installation of Wi-Fi antennas, Wi-Fi lifecycle management • cabling for hybrid meeting rooms • installation services (screens, speakers, etc.) • Installation services for the SDA/SDN network of YPTO/SNCB. Furthermore, a maintenance contract must also be concluded to resolve faults (fibre optic cable breaks, vandalism on TVMs, etc.). The contract in general includes both installation works, the supply of all necessary equipment (IT equipment) and maintenance. Based on the experience gained within the framework of the current framework agreement and taking into account the diversity of the types of work, the mission is divided into two (2) lots: Lot 1 – Structured IT cabling for extensions, ad-hoc works and maintenance. This lot includes: o The delivery, installation and maintenance of structured IT cabling; o Extension works of the existing infrastructure; o Ad-hoc interventions and preventive/corrective maintenance. Lot 2 – Installation, cabling and maintenance of the ticket vending machines (TVM) of the SNCB. This lot includes: o Installation of ticket vending machines; o Supply and installation of structured cabling for the TVMs; o Preventive and corrective maintenance of the TVMs and the associated cabling infrastructure.
