Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Łącko w 2027 roku

The subject of the order is the provision of services involving the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the Gmina Łącko in 2026. The order is divided into three parts: PART 1: Collection and disposal of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, PART 2: Collection and disposal of biowaste, PART 3: Collection and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders, i.e. the contractor may submit a tender for one, two, or all parts of the order indicated in point 2. Further division of the order is not permitted. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the annexes to the SWZ (in particular annexes no. 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3). The conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex no. 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 to the SWZ (respectively for the given part of the order). The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders or in the form of electronic catalogues. The contracting authority envisages the award of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. The order will be implemented on the basis of similar principles to those provided for in the agreement concluded with the selected Contractor. The value of the contracts, referred to in the first sentence, will not exceed the amount of: for Part I – 750 000,00 PLN net for Part II – 100 000,00 PLN net for Part III – 750 000,00 PLN net.
