Poland – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Sukcesywna dostawa fabrycznie nowych komór przepływowych do sekwencjonowania wraz z kompatybilnymi odczynnikami w okresie 18 miesięcy

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of factory-new flow cells for sequencing, along with compatible reagents, over a period of 18 months. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ ("OPZ").

2. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract comes from current production and has the legally required certificates and certificates of conformity allowing it to be placed on the market in the Republic of Poland. All conditions and the manner of execution of the subject of the contract have been defined in the essential provisions of the contract, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ ("IPU").

3. The gross prices offered in the price form must include all costs related to the execution of the subject of the contract, in particular transport, customs and excise duties and handling charges.

4. The successive delivery will take place at the premises of the contracting authority at ul. Ks. Trojdena 4, 02-109 Warsaw.
