The subject of the contract is: "Construction of a railway tunnel and a railway station, including the necessary design work", within the framework of the investment named "Construction of the Central Communication Port with devices and facilities necessary for its functioning". The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 (two) Contract Parts, each of which will be the subject of a separate Contract: Part 1 - execution of building works and necessary design work for the eastern and central part of the Railway Tunnel and for the Railway Station (basic scope); Part 2 - execution of building works and necessary design work for the western part of the Railway Tunnel including the plots (basic scope).
