The Pfalzklinikum plans to expand the youth correctional facility in the southern area of the clinic site at 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. The subject of the current EU-wide tender is the specialist lot for steel construction work. The expansion includes a 2-story new building (with partial basement as a WU construction) including access area and sports hall. The building is designed as an in-situ concrete, semi-prefabricated (walls/ceilings) and masonry construction. A separate workshop for the occupational therapy area with a connection to the existing building 50 is also part of the expansion scope. The current tender concerns the specialist lot for steel construction work (production, supply, corrosion protection and assembly of the steel and metal construction for house 49N and the workshop, in particular the burglary-resistant enclosure and cable net construction of the free terrace).
