The current Framework Agreement of the province regarding traffic management, DTP and design is expiring. This contract involved the provision of services in the areas of traffic management, design, content creation and DTP. Given the current situation, it has been decided to start a new tender to better align with the changing working methods within the organisation. Within the communication expertise team, more and more is being produced and developed internally. As a result, the need is shifting towards targeted external support.
