Purchase and Installation of a System for Electronic Recording of Bin Emptying

Under the subject of procurement "Purchase and Installation of a System for Electronic Recording of Bin Emptying", the following equipment and devices are to be procured:

• 40 systems for electronic recording of bin emptying, which will be installed on municipal vehicles for waste collection (bin lorries)

• 400 handheld RFID readers, which will be used for manual recording of bin emptying as a backup system for recording the emptying of all types of waste bins in case of equipment failure or unavailability on municipal vehicles

• recording of emptying of waste bins placed on public surfaces

• 200 pouches for handheld RFID reader

• 15 mobile devices (tablets) for monitoring the recording of bin emptying, for monitoring waste cleaning around underground, semi-underground and above-ground bins, and for remediation of illegal dumps

• 33 carriers for mobile devices (tablets) which will be installed in the cab of the grabber.

The subject of procurement also includes training of employees for the use of the procured equipment and devices:

• Training of 5 auto-electricians for maintenance of installations, before the expiry of the warranty period for equipment on vehicles, a maximum of 20 hours per employee

• Training for the use of the system for 200 drivers, a maximum of 50 hours in total

• Training for subsystem operators - training of 5 users of the software solution for optimising static routes, with a minimum duration of 40 hours per employee

• Training for work with the RFID handheld terminal for 30 employees, a maximum of 10 hours in total

The subject of procurement includes user support for software applications and regular maintenance of software applications:

• Support during the duration of the framework agreement, a minimum of 8-16 hours per working day, by telephone or by email

• Maintenance for applications during the duration of the Framework Agreement/Single Contract concluded pursuant to the Framework Agreement

All mapping support and software solutions must be installed on the purchaser's hardware. The subject equipment, devices and software solutions installed on the devices must be compatible with the existing system for electronic recording of bin emptying.
