Association Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs (hereinafter: "the Contracting Authority") intends to have the (re)construction of the Theresialyceum in Tilburg carried out. The design team is working on the Preliminary Design. After completion of the Preliminary Design phase, the design must be further developed in collaboration with the construction team. The contractor to be added to the design team will therefore be selected through this tender.
