The present framework agreement has the objective of acquiring school supplies and manual activities for nurseries and primary schools located in the territory of the Communauté Urbaine du Grand Reims. The supplies subject to the present framework agreement meet the needs of the contracting authorities as follows: - current needs of the Communauté Urbaine du Grand Reims and the Ville de Reims - potential needs of other adherents to the Central Purchasing Body.
