Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – Dostawy energii elektrycznej do obiektów „Poddębickiego Centrum Zdrowia” Sp. z o.o. w Poddębicach

1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electrical energy to the facilities of „Poddębickiego Centrum Zdrowia” Sp. z o.o. in Poddębice. 2. The electrical energy should meet the technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2026 item 43 as amended) and the executive regulations to this Act and Polish Standards. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the implementation of the contract have been specified in the model agreement (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ).
