Belgium – Grounds maintenance services – Groenonderhoud en winterdienst 2026-2029

This contract involves the maintenance of both green and hard-surfaced areas at various locations. AZ Rivierenland includes the following locations: AZ Bornem, AZ Rumst, AZ Willebroek. The following locations are also included: Kinderdagverblijf Kabouterland (Bornem), Kinderdagverblijf De Kapoentjes (Bornem), WZC De Wijtshage (Rumst). The contract includes the following tasks:

- the processing of fertilizers;

- the maintenance of lawns;

- the maintenance of woodland, shrubs, roses and conifers;

- the maintenance of tree mirrors;

- the weed-free keeping of hard-surfaced areas;

- the removal of waste;

- the removal of leaf litter;

- the removal of weeds and levelling of the pétanque court;

- the moss removal from footpaths, stairs and walkways;

- the weed-free keeping of green roofs (where applicable).

The contract also involves winter maintenance, specifically the snow and/or ice-free keeping of the areas (access roads, parking, footpaths, staff entrances and exits, as well as the performance of maintenance for this purpose.
