Framework agreement for supply, divided into 3 lots, with the object being the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables (apples) – Lot 1, milk and dairy products (UHT milk) – Lot 2 and bakery products (alternative corn with dried biscuits) – Lot 3, for the school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029, for preschoolers in kindergartens with a normal 4-hour state program and for primary and gymnasium state school pupils, as well as for preschoolers and pupils included in special education, from Suceava County, within the "Romania's School Programme". Within the "Romania's School Programme", for preschoolers in kindergartens with a normal 4-hour state program and for primary and gymnasium state school pupils, as well as for preschoolers and pupils included in special education, from Suceava County, for the period of the school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029, fresh fruit and vegetables (apples) – Lot 1, milk and dairy products (UHT milk) – Lot 2 and bakery products (alternative corn with dried biscuits) – Lot 3 will be procured, in accordance with the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority will invite the tenderers who have submitted admissible tenders to the final stage of the electronic auction (EA). The invitation will be sent electronically, simultaneously to all respective tenderers and will specify the date and time of the start of the electronic auction. The invitation to participate and the notifications of the start of the electronic auction will be generated and sent automatically by the system, to the e-mail address registered in the system as contact addresses. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a deadline of at most 25 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. To the extent that the request for clarifications or the additional information was addressed within the previously foreseen deadline, the responses of the contracting authority will be published in SEAP on the 13th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
