Romania – Enterprise resource planning software package – Sistem de planificare a resurselor intreprinderii (SPRI), incluzand etapele de analiza, proiectare, configurare, implementare, migrare date, instruire, licentiere si servicii de mentenanta

The procurement of products with the object “Enterprise Resource Planning System SPRI, including the stages of analysis, design, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, licensing and maintenance services, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference. The system will be used by the Municipal Company Termoenergetica Bucharest S.A. for the modeling and automation of economic, financial, commercial, logistics and technical-operational processes, in order to optimize activities and ensure the necessary information support for analyses and the decision-making process. The product to be delivered must meet the requirements imposed by the Terms of Reference. Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 172 paragraph (1) of Law No. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 172 paragraph (2) of Law No. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. C. In accordance with the provisions of Article 29 paragraph (3) of HG No. 394/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting entity states that it will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set.
