Slovakia – Cardiac valve – Biologické srdcové chlopne a cievne protézy

The subject of the contract is the supply of biological heart valves and vascular prostheses for the contracting authority listed in Annex 12 of the tender documents. The subject of the contract is divided into 7 (seven) parts. Description of items: The division of the subject of the contract into parts and the description of the required minimum properties of the individual items of the subject of the contract are listed in Annex 12 of the tender documents. Within one part, an offer must be submitted for all the relevant items. The offered goods must be in the registration database of medical devices/special medical materials, maintained by the State Institute for Drug Control. The expected quantities of the individual items are listed in Annex 13 of the tender documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to consider the expected quantity as non-binding. In case of need, the contracting authority reserves the right to order lower or higher quantities than expected. In the event that lower quantities are ordered than the expected quantities, the bidder does not automatically acquire a claim to supply the full scope of the subject of the contract, as defined in Annex 13 of the tender documents.
