The contract includes optional batches defined in the tender specifications. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sums. The subject of the consultation is the first operation of works to be carried out, with the PAW team, holder of the Framework Agreement for the design of the Monastery of the Clarisses. The operation, entitled "Heritage Preservation Works", concerns building preservation works to interrupt the major degradation processes that are currently damaging the convent. The site mainly affects the "clôture-couvert".
