Belgium – Lift-maintenance services – Raamovereenkomst voor onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan liften voor het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg

The Contracting Authority (hereinafter "ZOL") wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of the lift park on the various campuses of the ZOL. The contract includes the maintenance of the lift installations listed in the inventory that will be communicated to the selected candidates during the qualification phase. ZOL informs the candidates that certain lift installations are not yet operational at the time of the award of the contract or are still subject to existing contractual obligations. These installations are therefore not part of the effective maintenance services from the start date. The contracting authority reserves the right to include such installations, as well as future lift installations that come into use within the ZOL, under the conditions of the framework agreement during the term of the framework agreement. The inventory and estimate included in the contract documents should therefore be considered as an indicative representation of the probable scope of the contract. No guaranteed purchase obligations can be derived from these data. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 48 months, but with the possibility of extending it twice by 24 months each time. The contract will be described in detail in the second phase of the award procedure, namely the qualification phase.
