This is a single-operator framework agreement with a maximum amount awarded in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, with 3 possible one-year renewals under the same conditions. It is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 - Regulatory checks of buildings, equipment and materials, with a maximum amount of 140 000 Euros HT per period. Lot 2 - Regulatory checks of the vehicle and equipment fleet, with a maximum amount of 55 000 Euros HT per period. Lot 3 - Regulatory checks of the public lighting fleet, charging stations, sewerage and water treatment facilities, with a maximum amount of 55 000 Euros HT per period.
