The FairNetz GmbH plans to construct a wastewater heat pump as part of the project to decarbonise the Reutlingen district heating. The heat source for this will be wastewater from the West Wastewater Treatment Plant in Reutlingen. This tender includes the planning of the large heat storage, the plant engineering and the technical building services of the required pump building (feed and discharge pumps, cushion steam plant, pipelines, pressure maintenance system, electrical engineering, MSR engineering, ventilation/air conditioning/heating and sanitary installations). It also includes the planning of a control storage tank (approx. 125 m³), which is required for the charging and discharging control of the large heat storage and additionally acts as a hydraulic switch between the generation plants and the district heating network. For the technical support of the planning phase, this tender is seeking an office for specialist planning (scope of services: Technical Equipment) according to § 55 HOAI (basic services of phases 5 to 8 as well as certain special services in the plant groups 2, 4 and 8).
