Netherlands – Construction work for engineering works except bridges, tunnels, shafts and subways – Reconstructie Nieuwdorp Stein

The municipality of Stein is working on restructuring and sustainability in the Nieuwdorp district. The municipality aims to redesign, green, and redevelop the surroundings of the church and school. Designs have been created for the 3 sub-areas. Simultaneously, work by third parties is taking place in the district near the houses, requiring careful planning. Due to the interconnection of roads and underground structures, the municipality wishes to have 1 executing party for the civil works of this project. The contract will be tendered in the form of a framework agreement. The attached designs will be detailed by third parties, after which sub-contracts will be issued.
