The contracting authority expects an average of 550 hours per year. Therefore, for the base contract of three years, 1650 hours are expected, and for the extension option of a maximum of four years, a further 2200 hours. This results in a total of 3850 hours including the extension option and a minimum of 10% reserve for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. additional tasks). The hours until 2034 are to be considered in Annex 06 Effort Estimation. No reference is made to product/brand/design or type designations. If such designations are exceptionally listed, equivalent alternatives are permitted. The equivalence must be demonstrated by the tenderer.
