This tender concerns the maintenance of the power supply and electrical installations of the Business France headquarters building in PARIS. The contract includes all the intellectual and material services necessary to implement all the means necessary to achieve for Business France: • Occupant satisfaction through service quality and ambient conditions, • Maintainability, durability and optimal performance of installations, close to their initial performance, • Operating conditions defined in the contract file for the construction works of the site, with the technical specifications of the contractors, • The results set out in this contract, • The reliability of installations and equipment, • The longevity of installations and equipment through the implementation of a preventive maintenance program, • Keeping installations in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, • The continuous improvement of results, through the implementation and use of appropriate means and resources of the Contractor, • Service continuity, • Cleanliness of premises and technical installations, • Technical assistance, • 24/7/365 standby service outside of posted hours.
