Germany – Construction project management services – Projektsteuerungsleistungen

The project management services for the construction project - monument-appropriate renovation and expansion of the Bridge Museum - are to be awarded. The client's responsibilities delegated to the contractor are detailed in the annex to §§ 5, 6 of the contract and, in terms of scope, are based on the requirements of the AHO. The services, including the associated incidental costs, are to be called upon in stages according to the respective performance sections in accordance with clause 4 of the contract or parts thereof. Since the general planner has not yet been selected, comprehensive support in the award of the general planning services as part of a single-stage VgV procedure following a design competition is one of the key tasks of the project management.
