Municipalities have a duty, based on the Social Support Act (Wmo), to provide necessary services to residents who experience barriers to their self-reliance and participation in society. In cases where there are problems using the home, providing an automatic door opener can be part of the chosen solution. The contract includes: • supplying and installing automatic door openers; • conducting a technical inventory on site; • advising on the most suitable and cost-effective solution; • performing preventive and corrective maintenance; • resolving malfunctions; • dismantling and removing door openers when they are no longer necessary; • reviewing and reusing automatic door openers where possible; • maintaining already installed door openers that are the property of the municipalities. see requirements programme
