The subject of the public procurement is the preparation and delivery of hospital food for the patients of MUL "NKB" EAD, in 20 types of diets, detailed as menus in Technical Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specification - Part II of Section I of the tender documentation. The forecast total quantity of meals for 36 months is 195 120 units. The forecast average monthly quantities of meals by diets are described in Technical Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specification - Part II of Section I of the tender documentation. The indicated quantities of meals by individual diets are forecast and should not be interpreted as an obligation of the Contracting Authority for a minimum or maximum total monthly quantity of meals to be delivered for the respective diets. In the implementation of the contract, the Contracting Authority will declare such quantities and types of hospital food by diets, of which it has need with a view to the proper and appropriate nutrition of its patients.
