The subject of the contract is the services commissioned by BGK for the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan with a premium for improving energy efficiency (hereinafter referred to as: Unit Loan/Loan) intended to finance projects/investments aimed at increasing energy efficiency in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship by the Final Beneficiaries. Details regarding the projects that can be financed are contained in the Financial Instrument Metric (hereinafter referred to as: Metric) which is an annex to the Draft Contract Terms (DCT).
