Spain – Construction work – PROCEDIMIENTO DE PÚBLICA CONCURRENCIA PARA LA ADJUDICACIÓN DE LA OBRA CIVIL Y LAS INSTALACIONES CORRESPONDIENTES A LA AMPLIACIÓN Y REFORMA DEL HOSPITAL DE EL VENDRELL

The subject of this procedure is to request tenders for the contract promoted by the Fundación Hospital de Santo Pablo y Santa Tecla for the execution of the civil works and corresponding installations for the expansion and renovation of the Hospital de El Vendrell, in accordance with the executive project, as well as the works corresponding to the structure and initial renovations, with the exception of the earth-moving, structure and initial renovation works, since these actions have already been executed in previous phases. Consequently, the present contract includes the execution of all the works, including the installations, urbanization, legalizations, tests, commissioning and the rest of the actions necessary to complete the expansion and renovation of the Hospital de El Vendrell, until its delivery in full operating conditions, in accordance with the technical documentation governing the tender. The proposals of the interested parties must comply with the administrative and technical clauses. Consequently, the submission of these implies the unconditional acceptance by the tenderer of the content of all these clauses or conditions, without any exception or reservation, which will form an inseparable part of the contract to be subscribed with the awardee.
