- the operation of the information system (hereinafter also "IS") of the Municipality of Bruntál and the municipal subsidiaries,

- providing basic technical support services in the scope according to Annex No. 3 ZD for:

* agendas operated by the Municipality of Bruntál (Annex 2a ZD),

* agendas operated by the municipal subsidiaries of Bruntál (Annex 2b ZD),

* agendas, which the contracting authority plans from 1.1.2027 (Annex 2c ZD),

on the basis of the Agreement on the Operation of the IS and the Provision of Technological Support (hereinafter also "agreement"), which is Annex No. 10 ZD. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with § 100 paragraph 3 ZZVZ, to provide additional services in the field of IS support, and that within a period of up to 3 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement - see further point 3.2. ZD.
