Germany – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines – Errichtung eines passiven Glasfasernetzes in der Gemeinde Bodman-Ludwigshafen

The municipality of Bodman-Ludwigshafen (hereinafter: „Contracting Authority“) intends to own a gigabit-capable fibre optic network in the area of the municipality of Bodman-Ludwigshafen, predominantly funded under the „Guideline for the Promotion of the Expansion of Gigabit Networks in the Federal Republic of Germany“, announcement by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure of 31.03.2023, amended on 30.04.2024 (hereinafter: „Gigabit-RL 2.0“) and the „Administrative Regulation of the Ministry of the Interior on the Co-Financing of the Federal Guideline for the Promotion of the Expansion of Gigabit Networks in the Federal Republic of Germany“ of the State of Baden-Württemberg (hereinafter: „VwV Gigabit Co-Financing“) in the so-called operator model.
