The subject of the procurement are the transport services carried out by Tervia Logistiikka Oy and organised by the well-being areas of Central Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, North Ostrobothnia and Lapland in accordance with the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities, the Social Welfare Act and the Health Care Act. The services are carried out in the operational areas of the well-being areas of Central Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, North Ostrobothnia and Lapland. The target and terms of the dynamic procurement system are described in more detail in the attachment "Principles of the Dynamic Procurement System" of the application for participation. The subject of the procurement in the dynamic procurement system is:

CLASS 1 Procurement of Sote transport services / Central Ostrobothnia - transport services in accordance with the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities, the Social Welfare Act and the Act on Special Care - group transports - non-urgent patient transfers

The procurement may include other transport services falling within the responsibility of the well-being area or future transport services, as well as goods transport services carried out by taxi, for example, the transport of laboratory samples.

CLASS 2 Procurement of Sote transport services / Kainuu - transport services in accordance with the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities, the Social Welfare Act and the Act on Special Care - group transports - non-urgent patient transfers

The procurement may include other transport services falling within the responsibility of the well-being area or future transport services, as well as goods transport services carried out by taxi, for example, the transport of laboratory samples.

CLASS 3 Procurement of Sote transport services / North Ostrobothnia - transport services in accordance with the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities, the Social Welfare Act and the Act on Special Care - group transports - non-urgent patient transfers
