The contract is awarded for a period from the date of notification until 22/03/2027 (deadline by which the stand must be delivered to the department of Var for storage in Flassans-sur-Issole). The start date mentioned in the notice is an approximate date. The International Agricultural Show (SIA) - Paris will take place from 27 February to 7 March 2027. The stand must be delivered/completed by 26 February 2027 at 12:00 at the latest. It must be dismantled, packed, and the site left clean within two days after the end of the show, then delivered to the Department of Var before the end of the contract. The estimated contract value (Total DPGF + BPU equivalent to DQE) is 175 280 euro(s) excluding tax, or 210 336 euro(s) including tax. It breaks down as follows:

DPGF: The estimated value of the global and lump-sum part is 162 775 euro(s) excluding tax, or 195 330 euro(s) including tax.

DQE: The estimated value of the part with purchase order is 12 505 euro(s) excluding tax, or 15 006 euro(s) including tax (including possible stand layout in Paris depending on its location and any unforeseen orders not included in the BPU). The amounts of the unit price orders may vary within the following limits:
