France – Railway tunnel construction work – Adaptation de la ligne 7 à l’arrivée du MF19 Lot TxT 01 Génie Civil Création d’un tunnel d’accès à l’Atelier (AMT) sur le site de La Courneuve

This public works contract is part of the operation to adapt Line 7 of the metro to the future rolling stock MF19, for which the construction of a new Train Maintenance Workshop (AMT) in La Courneuve is planned. This will be connected to the existing network by a connecting tunnel of approximately 430 linear meters, which is the subject of the present contract. The present contract therefore concerns the execution of the works of this connecting tunnel. The works of the present lot include, in particular: - Execution studies, mission G3 and geotechnical and hydrogeological monitoring - Topographical surveys and inspection of works - Site installations and preparatory works - Securing against the pyrotechnic risk of blind intrusive operations and earthworks (up to 7m) - 60cm thick diaphragm walls (1000ml) - Jet Grouting (400ml) - Waterproofing injections (injected plug) (3000m3) - Excavation and disposal in adapted line (35000m3) - Support - lining (370 000 kg) - Treatment of groundwater, including floating purge (800m3) - Reinforced concrete structure (8000m3) and backfill concrete (2500m3) - Waterproofing type DEG (4300m2) and FPM (6000m2) - Backfill (4000 m3) - Ducts cast in place with PRV covers (1000 ml) - Restoration (road, roadway, pavements etc.) The main quantities are given as an indication. This is an ordinary contract for works at mixed prices. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Technical Particular Conditions (CCTP). The present contract includes an obligation of result, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the RATP.
