The present contract concerns the awarding of a design mission for the construction of the Montpellier Vine & Wine Sciences Centre of Excellence on the La Gaillarde campus in Montpellier, under the supervision of the Institut Agro Montpellier. The estimated cost of the works is 11,930,000 euros, excluding tax. The operation is part of the State-Region Planning Contract (CPER) 2021-2027 and the Campus Operation, and receives financial support from the MAASA, the Occitanie Pyrénées Méditerrannée Region, the Montpellier Métropole and the INRAE. It involves the construction of a new building of approximately 4,150 m² of floor area (approximately 3,080 m² of usable area), intended to accommodate the teaching activities of the Vine & Wine Pole and the research of the UMR Sciences for Oenology, while also welcoming professionals and partners from the vitivinicole sector. The building will include shared and event spaces, teaching facilities, specialised research laboratories, tertiary spaces, as well as logistics and technical facilities. The future facility, which will be dedicated to higher education and research, will be subject to the provisions of the Labour Code and the regulations applicable to establishments open to the public (ERP). The present contract is awarded with a level of tender submission set at the Sketch (ESQ) stage. A detailed description of the operation is given in the "Programme Summary" document. The design mission includes basic missions (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, DCE/ACT, DET, VISA, AOR/GPA) and additional missions (SYN and Global Cost Approach/mission). The OPC mission is planned as a possible additional service.
