In the framework of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a works contract for the execution of works within the project “Energy renovation for multi-family residential buildings in the town of Simeria, Lot I” which includes the following blocks: - Str. Avram Iancu bl 6, sc A, B, C, D - Str. Avram Iancu bl 6, sc E, F, G, H, I - Str. Avram Iancu bl 7 - Str. 1 Decembrie nr 102 - Str. 1 Decembrie nr 102A - Str. 1 Decembrie nr 103 - Str. 1 Decembrie nr 104 sc A, B, D - Str. 1 Decembrie nr 104 sc C The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for the energy renovation of the multi-family residential buildings, from the town of Simeria, listed above. The duration of the public procurement contract will be 8 months. During this time period, all works necessary for the energy renovation of the above-listed multi-family residential buildings from the town of Simeria, which are the subject of this procedure, will be executed. The public works procurement contract does not raise particular aspects during the implementation period. Given that, according to the Technical Project, energy efficiency works are to be carried out on 8 blocks, and the execution period is 8 months, a period which also includes the cold period during which works cannot be carried out, the works will be carried out in parallel on 3 blocks at a time. The works that are the subject of the present contract consist of the execution of all the works necessary for the achievement of the investment objective, in accordance with the technical project, the execution details, the speciality task books, the quantity lists, the drawings and the other documents of the project. The contractor has the obligation to carry out the works in their entirety, including the main works and the secondary, connected and auxiliary works necessary to ensure a complete, technically and functionally compliant execution and to put the objective into operation. The works will be executed with respect for the technical solutions provided for in the technical project, the execution details, the standards, the regulations, the technical standards and the applicable legislation, as well as the manufacturer's instructions for the materials, products and equipment used. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests submitted at least 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
