Insurance coverage for a building insurance (as of 01.01.2027) as well as an inventory and business interruption insurance (as of 01.01.2028). Applications for participation or tenders by insurance brokers are inadmissible and will be necessarily excluded from the procedure. Likewise, representation of an insurer by an insurance broker is excluded to avoid conflicts of interest. This applies to both the selection phase and the tendering phase. Applications for participation or tenders submitted by an insurance broker acting as a representative for an insurer will be necessarily excluded from the procedure.
