This concerns the planning services for the general planning for the following service images: - Building design: Performance level: 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5 - Landscape design: Performance level: 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5 - Technical equipment for the plant groups: 2, 4, 5, 8: Performance level: 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5 - Structural design: Performance level: 1a, 3 - Building physics: Performance level: 1a, 3 - Fire protection: Performance level: 1a, 3. There will be a phased commissioning. The BLB reserves the right to transfer any further stages and other services, individually or in their entirety, optionally.
