The stated figures in the tender documents must therefore be seen as a guideline. Therefore it is difficult to state any good estimates of the value. The contract terms that are used are newly developed by the Norwegian Coastal Administration and adapted to the icebreaker service. We advise tenderers to familiarise themselves with the contracts with the accompanying annexEs Given maximum value for all contracts is a rough estimated statement. The Norwegian Coastal Administration does not have sufficient experience to give a good valuation as some areas are new and/or have not had active ice breaking in recent years.
