The objective of the procurement is to select a Contractor who, using a 2-Phase approach, see the explanation below, delivers a detailed technical specification (TO) of the retractable overhead line, with which the retractable overhead line can be delivered fully operational. Subsequently, if the parties agree on the implementation phase, the Contractor will implement the new retractable overhead line in the new metro workshop, as further described in paragraph 1.3, in accordance with the requirements, wishes and specifications of RET.
