Switzerland – Individual equipment – Lieferung von Brandschutzbekleidungen und Einsatzbekleidungen leicht für die Feuerwehr

Supply of fire protection clothing, in accordance with standard EN 469:2020 - Class 2, and supply of lightweight operational clothing, in accordance with standard EN 11612:2015, for the Volunteer Fire Department of the City of Zug. The supply service will be tendered in lots. The complete, lot-specific specifications and requirements can be found in the detailed service schedules in the annex of the complete tender documents. The tendered framework agreements authorize, but do not obligate, the procuring entity to purchase the tendered quantity structures of fire protection and/or lightweight operational clothing over the agreed contract period (5 years). For both lots, a staggered delivery or staggered supply of the effectively ordered delivery quantity is applicable over the contract period. The contracting authority reserves the right to examine the possibilities under procurement law for any follow-up procurement in accordance with Art. 21 para. 2 lit. e IVöB on a case-by-case basis. Suppliers have no claim to negotiated follow-up contracts.
