In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, to the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the timeframe provided for in the participation notice, the contracting authority shall respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information, by the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
