See par. 1.4.2 and par. 1.7 Selection Guideline. • The Project, located at Duinkerkenstraat 45 in Groningen, involves the complete renovation of the existing office building, including supporting spaces. • With this Project, a significant step is taken towards sustainable, functional and future-proof accommodation. This involves a comprehensive renewal of an existing facility where construction and installation works are inextricably linked. The ambition goes beyond simply realising a building; the Contracting Authority wants to create, together with market parties, an environment that will be comfortable, energy-efficient and user-friendly for its users for many years. See par. 1.4.2 and par. 1.7 Selection Guideline. • The programme broadly includes the following components and starting points: ○ Renovation of the office building and supporting spaces, two storeys, total approx. 5,200 m2 BVO; ○ Major maintenance/renewal of roofs and facades of the office part; ○ Redesign of layouts, including the integration of Wijkpost Zuid and the complete integration of a new workplace concept; ○ Renewal of E&M installations for the realisation of high thermal comfort and a healthy indoor climate; ○ Adaptations to fire safety in the office part.
